Review and edit

Click on the  REVIEWID to view documents in Relativity.

Edit Normalized Names for all records

Return to Names Normalization to make additional changes to names. See Validate Predicted Names article.

Edit Relativity fields

Return to the Relativity Document tab to make changes to other fields in your log.

Edit a single entry in the log

Click Edit in the PLOG Fields column to enter User Calculated Values.

Warning!

We recommend modifying the privilege log by either updating coding or normalizing names on the grid. [User Calculated Values] is not a searchable field in Relativity and should only be used under rare circumstances.

Values entered here override the system values (including future changes to normalized names) for the specified document only. 

Click  Save.

Edit the standard fields for multiple entries

Click Export Standard Columns to download an Excel spreadsheet containing the standard PrivLog columns to edit outside of Relativity.

Click Import Standard Columns to upload your Excel file.

Choose your edited file to update columns in the log. Click Start Upload.

Example of requirements for upload file:

  • The header row must contain the exact values above in the order shown. The SystemGeneratedValue column is mandatory, but does not need to contain any values.
  • Only include rows where you want to make a change. Rows with no value in the UserDefinedValue column will create a blank record.
  • You can include one or more DocumentField rows per document.
  • There can only be one row with the same ArtifactID and DocumentField values
    .
